For a year on the base of National Aviation University the concer to hall of the Center of Culture and Arts, which was founded in 1978, was renewed.

Center of Culture and Arts has rich creative history and large experience in the organization of the concert programs, festivals, creative meetings with the men of note, competitions of commands of Club of Smart and Merry, meetings, conferences, and others like that.
