Trainer complex “Expert”
The trainer complex Expert is designated for effective training of students and the ATC (Air Traffic Control) personnel refresh training in real environment at the work benches of an aerodrome control tower (ACT), control approach area (CAA) and area control center (ACC).
The trainer provides:
air space modeling in specified bounds;
simulation of specified complexity of the air situation in real and fast time scale;
simulation of the radar information;
simulation of the meteorological conditions;
operation in the procedure, module and complex (in local network) modes;
aircrafts control in the automatic, semiautomatic, and manual modes;
automatic determination of the aircraft location (responsibility zone of the air traffic controller, the flight stage, location on a runway, or on an aircraft parking area);
providing statistics at the ATC controller work-bench;
simulation of the radio and loud speaker communication with possibility of the individual sets connection.
The amount of pilots, trainees work benches and the trainers configuration depends on the customer requirements. The module construction principle is used for the trainers hardware and software. The hardware based on IBM compatible computer is used for all trainers hardware.
