The active system of internal combustion engines parameters monitoring is appeared to be a high-sensitive measurement complex for automated electronic registration of the main parameters of the internal combustion engines in the process of their testing at different stages and modes with usage a PC of the IBM PC type use.
This new advanced electronic-measurement system belongs to a state-of-the-art devices class and fits to the high reliability and quality factors.
The block and models for the information accumulation, processing, storage and transfer are included into the active control system of the engine parameters.
The special-purpose software package provides: the representation and automatic processing of the main measured performance parameters data of the internal combustion engines (in the Windows NT system) in real time and the most convenient for an operator form; documental automatic format and print-out of engines testing protocols; storage of the accumulated measurement information and protocols in the data bank electronic format.
The program feasibilities:
1. Graphic representation of all current engine parameters in the two- or three-dimensional form:
cooling system (temperature of cooling liquid in input and output);
lubrication system (temperature and pressure in input and output, oil consumption);
fuel system (temperature in input, fuel pressure after the fuel-oil pump);
mechanical parameters (crankshaft rotation frequency, rotational moment, power);
electrical parameters (generator current, voltage)
environment parameters (the air temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure)

3. Manual and automated operation mode.
4. Protection system from unauthorized access.
5. Accurate parameters setting and calibration.
6. The export and import of controlled parameters into the Microsoft Office program in the form of tables with the further hardcopy output.

There is a possibility of a complete automation of the internal combustion engines tests without an operator, and also of the board installation for the continuous control of an engine performance at operational mode.
