Nonpolluting complex for recycling used tires
Production complex is intended for nonconventional waste recycling into alternative energy resources.
The production is based on the low-temperature pyrolysis method. The method is used for thermal processing of tire wastes and other unsuitable for use mechanical rubber goods.
Production line allows to obtain:
- cheap heat source. The heat can be used for heating storehouses, offices, enterprises, greenhouses, live farming etc;
- cheap electric energy (in case of gas-turbine power station usage for industrial process);
- engine fuel with low sulfur content (alternative stove fuel, mazut, clear carbohydrates etc);
- valuable secondary raw materials (fixed residue with high carbon content, metal, gas).
