Computer-aided reliability monitoring system of airline fleet

 

The system is designed for automation processes of data collection and processing about failures and reliability control of airline fleets. Computer reports in different Microsoft Office (Word, Exel) formats are meant to analyze effectiveness of the maintenance program.

The following is included into the system:

· Input and tracking of data about failures and airline fleet and its components malfunction, about monthly fleet operating time, maintenance quality control and shop service data, data about scheduled and unscheduled re-engining of airline fleet;

· Data tracking information and validity check control;

· Managing the system of classification and normative-reference information;

· Data search and filtration according to query with different criteria;

· Monitoring of failures determined by pilots on the ground and in-flight;

· Monitoring of failures determined by the ground service;

· Monitoring of failures and malfunctions led to flights delays, or cancellation, or incident;

· Control, forecasting and monitoring of  the aircrafts components;

· Monitoring of the aircrafts condition that fly according to the ETOPS program;

· Control check monitoring of the Auxiliary Power Units (APU) systems of auto landing and air launching;

· Repeated failures monitoring;

· Monitoring of debugged emergency maintenance;

· Monitoring of maintenance quality and shop service;

· Formation of computer reports in different Microsoft Office (Word, Exel) formats to analyze effectiveness of the maintenance program;

· Formation of computer monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and construction of graphs in different Microsoft Office (Word, Exel) formats to analyze reliability status of those in-flight failures that led to the flight delay or cancellation and were debugged on the ground;

· Formation of computer reports on aircrafts components failure for a year and an assigned operation period. Forecasting of the aircraft components failure for an assigned period based on the information about the previous period;

 

·  Formation of computer quarterly reports about Aviation Engineering (AE) failure in accordance with the requirements of the State Aviation Administration for the further transfer to the Center of Aviation Engineering Operating Reliability;

· Search and formation of a arbitrary report in the universal form designer;

· Automatic final reporting on the Reliability Program. This Program includes all the customer current documents for an indicated period;

· General administration of the system data: unauthorized access protection, data base conservation and optimization, etc.

The system can be adapted according to reliability control requirements offered by the Russian (Ukrainian), American (Boeing), and European (Airbus) AE producers. The working language can be Ukrainian, Russian, or English.

The system works in a multiuser net operation of the information input and processing that includes operational environment of a back-end - Windows XP; operational environment of a front-end - Windows XP; data base control functions - PostgreSQL 8.3 toolset; the system functions the applications development system Borland Developer Studio 2006 and the system for work with electronic documents MS Office.
