Successful ICAO courses in Baku

The State Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan expressed its gratitude to the ICAO Institute and its Director, Dr. Oleg Petrovskyi, for the contribution and support of ICAO courses on the Aviation Safety Management System and Civil Aviation Threat and Risk Assessment Methodology, as well as for the ongoing support of ICAO activities.

On April 15-24, 2024, in Baku, ICAO instructor, deputy director of the Educational and Research Institute of International Cooperation and Education of the National Aviation University, doctor of economics, corresponding member of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, professor of the Department of Logistics Dmytro Bugayko conducted the above-mentioned courses.

Special gratitude was expressed to professor Dmytro Bugayko for his experience, professionalism and dedication, which contributed to the successful conduct of the seminar.

Arif Mammadov, Director of the State Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, emphasized that the excellent results of this seminar demonstrate the importance of cooperation between Azerbaijan and ICAO, which is of great importance for the development of the global aviation system.

He expressed hope for continued effective cooperation for the benefit of international civil aviation.
