The Institute of Pre-University Training was founded in the March of 2003 as a subdivision of the National Aviation University. It acts as an efficient link between the University and secondary comprehensive educational institutions.

• improving the educational attainment of its students with the view of entering a higher educational institution as well as satisfaction of their needs in choosing a career and in their creative self-actualization; 
• study and development of the problem of continuous education as well as vocational guidance for the students of the Institute with the involvement of the prominent specialists of the University;
