WELCOME, DEAR FUTURE STUDENTS!
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS to join the 1-st year:
- Application (form is given out at the university);
- The original certificate of education and certificate supplement or verified copies;
- The original certificate (certificates) of Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEQA) or verified copy (copies);
- Original medical certificate on form 086-O or a verified copy;
- 6 photos size 3x4 sm;
- Copy of the certificate on assignment of the identification number;
- Copy of passport;
- A copy of the military card (certificate of origin to the recruiting station) for boys.
