SRI of the Fleeting Processes

Scientific-research institute of mechanics of the fleeting processes (SRI MFP) was created in 1993 in order of the Minister of education, President of Academy of engineering sciences of Ukraine and rector KIICA on the base of employees of the department of buildings of airports and NVP "Potential", in which except for the teachers of the department doctors and candidates of science, graduate students and students of the faculty of airports also worked. In the hardest periods SRI MFP consisted of 100 research workers.

The main trend of the scientific work:

The creation of scientific and project provision of the problem solving of aerobuilding and other fields on building complex construction of researches of complex technic objects and elements of technological processes with taking into consideration exploitation, extreme and after limiting conditions.

Essence of the scientific problem:

Scientific-research and engineering practice show that an existing normative-technical base does not allow to get reliable quantitative and quality data with necessary exactness about the condition of the untypical difficult objects and processes, that are designed or explored, taking into consideration extreme and after limiting conditions (for example, object "Shelter" of Chornobil AES; buildings, that are found in chemically and physically the aggressive environment; and so on).

With the purpose of removal of these disadvantages the methodology of decision of complex technical and technological problems at the all-industry level with the usage of the newest computer technologies developed and realized in practice of planning, exploitations and reconstructions of extreme objects and processes.
