- The application established NAU of a sample with the written approval of the future scientific chief (NAU's employee), and also manager by sub-faculty, on which works the scientific chief and decane of the conforming faculty;
- The personal sheet on a personnel's registration;
- The contract about paid training of the foreign sitizens in a postgraduate course;
- The receipt on preliminary payment of the contract sum (1122 US dollars) for the maiden half-year of training;
- Medical sertificate about health condition under the form є 086;
- The health certificate about AIDS absence (if the foreign sitizen more than 3 months was abroad before supply of these documents);
- The list of scientific works, published in the scientific collection, on a subject of the future thesis (if they are);
- The abstract on a scientific speciality, selected in a post graduate course, with vision of the scientific researches conforming to a subject of the future thesis with an estimation (on a cover) future scientific chief of the post-graduate student; a size of the abstract - 15 pages of the computer text;
- The photocopy of the diploma about a full higher education (master, specialist or engineer), which meets the scientific speciality, chosen in a postgraduate course;
- Photocopy of estimations from the diploma;
- Photocopy of the first and second pages of the passport;
- Certificate (information) on precursor delivery of candidate tests, if they were passed earlier;
- 3 photos by the size 4х6 cm;
- The diploma about the ending of NAU or similar high school (is only presented);
- The passport (is only presented).
