- Ukrainian citizens of Ukraine by age till 45 years (under the conforming Agreement with the rector of university) are entered in a postgraduate course internal and external forms of training on the budget basis if there is the diploma about a full higher education (specialist, master or engineer), as a rule, without satisfactory marks.
- The candidates in the postgraduate students should have two scientific works, published in the special scientific collection, on a subject of a thesis or abstract on a speciality.
- The quoters of stranger organizations are entered in a postgraduate course on the contract basis. The cost of one year training for Ukrainian citizen under the contract in a postgraduate course internal or external form of training 6290 UA grivnas. (Disregarding cost of residing in a hostel).
- The National aviation university does not undertake concerning payment of the grants to the postgraduate students, which pass training behind the contracts, neither from the budget, nor from means of the contracts.
- Settlement in National aviation university hostels of the nonresident postgraduate students internal form of training, which study on the budget basis or under the contract, makes by decanes of the conforming faculties behind a separate Rule.
- The candidate examinations at a postgraduate course of university on philosophy, foreign language and speciality are handed by the quoters of stranger organizations on the paid basis (280 UA grivnas for one candidate examination), and workers of university - on the charge-free basis. The candidate examinations are taken twice a year in terms: from April 15 till April 30 and from October 15 till October 30. Previously, for entering in a postgraduate course it is necessary to pass entrance examinations from the same disciplines, as the candidate examinations, which are taken in the following terms: from April 10 till April 30 and from October 10 till October 30. The entrance examinations are taken free of charge. If the candidate in the postgraduate students previously (half-year, year back or earlier) has passed all candidate examinations, he is free from all entrance examinations.
- Term of training in a postgraduate course of internal form training should not exceed 3 years, and external form of training - 4 years.
- The scientific chief of the postgraduate student should be, as a rule, doctor of sciences.
- The postgraduate students of internal form training, which study on the budget basis, monthly receive at the expense of a state budget the grant at a rate of the monthly average salary on last place of activity, but is not lower than 60 percents and not above than 100 percents of the official rate of teacher-trainee's pay.
- Each postgraduate student in prescribed term is obliged to support a candidate thesis on meeting of the conforming scientific specialized council. The postgraduate student, which studies on the budget and has not supported a thesis in prescribed term, retunds the cost of training in a postgraduate course in accordance with geting legislation.
- The postgraduate students, which take training on the budget basis, are obliged to work 3 years of National aviation university after ending a postgraduate course in accordance with Agreement concluded with the rector of university work.
