He was born on the 17th of November, 1968 in Kiev. He finished Kiev middle school 181 in 1985. In 1985 he entered "KPI", the faculty of device building. After finishing the 2nd course he was drafted in the Soviet Army. After 2 years of service continued education in 1989. While he was still studying he worked as an engineer for "INFO-7" scientific-production enterprise. After graduation till 1995 he worked as a director of "VTK". Then he learned by himself such kinds of engineering building as energy saving, energy-providing and water supplying.
In 1996 he became commercial manager of "Santechkompleks ltd.".
From 1998 till 2000 worked as an assistant of vice-rector of economical sector of Kiev International University of Civil Aviation.
2000-2002 worked as a deputy vice-rector of economics and social development as a main engineer.
From 2004 he works as a vice-rector of administrative-economical sector.
